ROYALTY BY DESIGN is a non-profit corporation that provides multiple community services that include reaching our at-risk youth giving them a safe place to gather with their peers and providing them with afterschool/summer programs that will assist them with their studies, give them the opportunity to choose daily activities that interest them to include: outings, dance classes, cooking classes, exercise, arts & crafts, skill-building, self-worth classes etc. We also provide outreach services that assist our seniors, veterans & the homeless in the mon valley & surrounding areas.  We are excited to announce our new programs: Youth dance class for ages 8 to 13
Youth weekly roundtables to address issues that include: bullying, social justice reform, Equality & inclusion, lgbtqia education & more 
Youth entrepreneurial program is an 8 week course that engages youth in deciding what that are most passionate about & educates them on how to choose the proper business filing, create a business plan, how to find funding & also gives them grants to assist their start up needs through competitive writing contests on subjects aligned with their choice of business. They are also given a two week internship with a local business that also coincides with their choice of business venture.
